Experienced Flooring Sales Associate

Location: 5050 Dufferin Street, Toronto, ON
LV Flooring is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Flooring Sales Associate to join our growing team.
This is a sales-focused position. Applicants must have previous flooring sales experience. Candidates without flooring sales experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Sell Engineered Hardwood, and flooring accessories.
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, and commercial clients.
- Generate new business and follow up on quotations to close sales.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately.
- Calculate flooring quantities, trims, moldings, and accessories.
- Read floor plans and assist customers with product selection.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate orders with warehouse and operations staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of flooring sales experience (Required).
- Strong knowledge of flooring products.
- Proven ability to generate sales, build customer relationships, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Computer Skills (Required)
Applicants must be proficient in:

- Microsoft Outlook
- POS
- General computer and email applications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
