Rocky Mountain Motorsports is looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Event Staff, to help deliver exceptional experiences at our world-class motorsports facility, located near Carstairs, Alberta.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist club members, guests, and event participants.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the facility.
- Assist with event setup, operations, and cleanup.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
- Perform general operational and support duties as assigned.
- Work as part of a team to ensure safe and successful events.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s licence required.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Schedule
- Seasonal employment through October 15, 2026.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Shifts may be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
- Hours vary based on events and operational needs.
- Weekly hours are not guaranteed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive wage of $17.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience.
