Park Mazda is looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized Service Appointment Coordinator / Customer Care Representative to join our team.

No automotive experience? No problem — we provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do
- Answer customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online chat
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding upcoming maintenance and recommended services
- Contact customers to assist with service reminders and retention programs
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment details and dealership services
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Work closely with the Service Department to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Deliver friendly, professional, and timely customer service
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and CRM software
- Customer service, call center, or appointment-setting experience is an asset
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive knowledge is helpful, but not required
