In this role, you would hold a crucial position in our shop as you would:
- Welcome walk-in customers and offer your assistance/knowledge
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner
- Schedule service appointments
- Obtain comprehensive details on a vehicle’s symptoms and requirements and advise customers’ service decisions accordingly
- Prepare and relay work orders
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively
- Keep shop Manager informed of any problems regarding shop or customer related matters
- Keep records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Other duties as required
We are on the lookout for a candidate that has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, passionate about cars, in addition to:
- Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Confidence and aptitude to work unsupervised and independently
- Superior time-management skills
- Demonstrated computer skills
- Outstanding customer service and sales skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts, tires, and accessories (an asset)
- Knowledge of tools and equipment (an asset)
- Valid driver’s license (required)

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
