What You’ll Do
As a Software Sales Specialist, you will help potential customers understand how Maintenance Care can improve their maintenance operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting live web demo presentations for prospective customers
- Following up with leads and guiding them through the sales process
- Managing and tracking your pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals
- Answering customer questions and helping them evaluate our software
- Providing occasional customer assistance and basic product support
- Maintaining organized records and notes for all customer interactions
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who is motivated, personable, and comfortable presenting software to new people with a proven experience working in a high velocity environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong comfort level with technology, software, and mobile apps
- Experience with sales presentations, product demos, or customer-facing roles
- Organized and disciplined with follow-ups
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Open to feedback and ongoing coaching
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience

Pay: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
