We are currently looking for motivated and dependable Construction Workers / Renovation Technicians to join our growing team.
Position Summary
As a member of the RENOVCO team, you will perform renovation and restoration work on residential and commercial properties following fire, water, storm, or other disaster-related damage.
Depending on your experience and qualifications, you will be assigned to a crew led by one of our experienced Project Managers.
Responsibilities
- Perform general renovation and restoration work.
- Complete demolition, reconstruction, and finishing tasks.
- Carry out carpentry, drywall (Gyproc), plastering, painting, flooring, and tile installation.
- Assist with interior and exterior renovation projects.
- Follow project schedules while maintaining RENOVCO's quality standards.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Work independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Carpentry
- Drywall (Gyproc)
- Plastering
- Painting
- Ceramic and tile installation
- Finish carpentry
- Exterior renovations
- Previous experience in construction, renovation, or restoration.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation during emergency restoration projects.
