Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a valid B.C. Driver's License (required)
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Be reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Be physically fit for hands on, outdoor work
- Take direction and feedback constructively
- Work well in a team environment where communication is straightforward and focused on getting the job done
Duties
- Perform physical labour on sites or other projects as needed
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Assist Machine Operator's when required
- Clean and prepare job sites
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks
- General equipment upkeep
- Ability to manage time effectively
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or related field is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
