ClearCare Facility Services is looking for an experienced commercial cleaner who is ready to take the next step into leadership.
This is a hands-on working supervisor position. You'll work alongside our team, improve sites, train employees, inspect quality, solve problems, and help ensure our buildings are cleaned to a consistently high standard.
Every night is different. Some evenings you'll coach a new employee, some you'll help improve a customer's site, and other nights you'll step in wherever the team needs you most.

What You'll Do
- Work alongside cleaners and lead by example.
- Train and coach new employees.
- Inspect completed work and correct issues on-site.
- Improve cleaning processes and site organization.
- Complete deep cleaning and site resets when needed.
- Report building issues and recommend improvements.
- Travel between sites as required (company vehicle provided).
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience.
- Valid G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Lives within approximately 30 minutes of Hamilton.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
- Notices problems before they become customer complaints.
- Comfortable leading, coaching and correcting others.
- Works well independently without constant supervision.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Spanish is a strong asset, as many members of our team are Spanish-speaking.

- Aren't comfortable giving or receiving feedback.
