The Augusta Difference: Why Work Here?
Most landscaping companies pay you for your time. We pay you for your performance.
- P4P (Pay-for-Performance): You are guaranteed a base wage of $18/hr, but you can earn 33% of the labor revenue you generate.
- The Result: If you are efficient and work hard, you make more. Last year, our team consistently earned $25–$31 per hour. You always get paid whichever amount is higher.
- The 3F Program (Franchise Fee Forgiveness): We aren’t just looking for laborers; we are looking for future owners. If you work with us for 2 years and demonstrate leadership, we will waive the franchise fee to help you start your own Augusta location.
Seasonal Expectations
- Spring/Summer/Fall: High-intensity work. Sunday is always off, but Saturdays may be required to catch up on rain days.
- Winter (The Guarantee): We offer a $3,000/month minimum guarantee. You get paid even if it doesn’t snow. In exchange, you are on-call 24/7 (excluding Christmas/New Year's) to clear snow using shovels and blowers.Note: Reliability is everything. Missing a single on-call shift results in the loss of your monthly guarantee.

- Reliable Transportation: You must have a personal vehicle (Public transit does not work for winter hours).
