The Licensed Transport Tractor/Trailer Mechanics will work in conjunction with the Service Coordinator, Tractor Mechanics, and the other Trailer Mechanics to complete preventative maintenance and repairs on the Bison fleet in a timely and efficient manner by diagnosing problems found during inspections prescribing the correct remedial action.
Specific responsibilities include:
- A Licensed Heavy-Duty Mechanic (310T or 310J)
- Demonstrated diagnosing and time-management abilities will be key to your success in this position
- Previous experience and qualification to perform Safeties are considered mandatory in this position
- Experience using computers to enter work orders
- May stand and walk on level and uneven surfaces, twist, bend, push, pull, crouch, climb stairs, bend and crawl, grasp, drag, lift and carry items weighing 50 lbs or less
