Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients’ daily functioning, mobility, and independence.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care strategies.
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and safety measures for ongoing recovery.
- Manage caseloads efficiently, prioritizing urgent cases while ensuring quality care for all patients.
- Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy, including updates in medical terminology and treatment methodologies.
Skills
- Proven experience working in hospital settings with a strong understanding of acute care procedures.
- Experience in pediatrics is preferred, with the ability to adapt therapy approaches accordingly.
- Strong case management skills to coordinate multidisciplinary care plans effectively.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to occupational therapy practices.
- Ability to work efficiently within fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $30.21-$79.23 per hour
