Job Summary:
The Full-Time Bookkeeper/Administration role involves maintaining comprehensive accounting records using Quickbooks overseeing general ledgers, and managing financial statements.
Responsibilities also include data entry for sales and expenses, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, tax filings, HST calculations, investigating discrepancies, and providing general office support. This role requires managing fixed assets and depreciation calculations, meticulous organization of physical and digital paperwork, processing bills and payments, and ensuing compliance with financial regulations. Collaboration with an accountant and contributing to general office duties are essential.

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting principles
Experience with Quickbooks and Excel is mandatory
Experience with Powerpoint is an asset
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Effective Communication and teamwork abilities
Experience working with an accountant is beneficial
