Full Time = 40 hours per week, 47 weeks per year.
If you are a student or are employed elsewhere, your application would be considered for Part Time although be aware part time staff do not earn as much as our Full Time Staff.
Full Time slots are reserved only for individuals that will be on a career path within our company.
Three Schedule Styles are available for Full Time Staff:
- Schedule A: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday, 2pm - 12:30am (4 days work week)
- Schedule B: Monday, Tuesday, 9am - 5:30pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 2pm - 12:30am
- Schedule C: Wednesday - Sunday, 8:30am - 5pm
- Wilbur's Taco Shop at 50 Atlantic Avenue is the second iteration of Wilbur Mexicana; an extremely busy fast-casual restaurant in the heart of King West.
- The restaurant requires approximately 40 hours of food prep for one day of service; all food items are made in-house from scratch on a daily basis. There is a lot to learn.
- Character and integrity are of significantly greater importance than skill or previous experience.
