Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our roofing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to various building projects. The Laborer will support skilled tradespeople by performing a variety of manual tasks, ensuring the smooth progression of roofing activities. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in the flat roofing industry and opportunities for skill development.
Duties
- Assist with the use of hand tools and power tools to perform roofing tasks
- Perform heavy lifting of materials, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently
- Conduct general handyman tasks such as repairs, maintenance, and site cleanup
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
- Support team members with miscellaneous tasks as needed to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks daily
- Training will be provided
- A valid Working at Heights Certificate is an assett
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to job sites as required

Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour
