Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team and take on a closing shift role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant food service setting where attention to detail, food safety, and teamwork are essential. Previous experience in the food industry or as a barista is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals eager to learn.
PLEASE NOTE: Role includes storage and inventory management. We would ideally like someone to be able and willingly to move/push heavy boxes and manage everyday in-store inventory.

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages using POS systems
- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service
- Handle closing tasks such as restocking, cleaning coffee machines and washing equipment, tidying up the store and have it ready for the next morning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and food preparation tasks
- Follow food safety standards and proper food handling protocols at all times
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality
- Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Uphold the company's standards for food safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction
