Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our greenhouses. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years management experience and the demonstrated ability to supervise a team of labour workers.
The new manager will supervise the team and make sure that all areas of greenhouse are maintained including: quality control of orders, keeping planting/seeding schedule on target, organization of the greenhouse and fields, and ensuring all shipping procedures are followed. The Greenhouse Manager will play a vital role in growing our business to the next level!
Responsibilities

Experience
- Proven management experience with the ability to train and lead labour workers
- Prior greenhouse experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with plant identification a valuable asset
