Our Nail Artists are trained through Blanca Beauty Academy and work with a loyal clientele and consistently full schedules.
We are seeking a skilled, experienced Nail Artist who is already confidently performing manicures and takes pride in meticulous, high-quality work. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, professionalism, and long-term growth in a high-standard salon environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform European Russian-style e-file manicures and pedicures in accordance with Blanca Beauty Bar standards
- Deliver clean, precise cuticle work with a strong emphasis on natural nail health and retention
- Apply structured gel overlays with proper apex and balance
- Provide an elevated, professional experience for every client
- Educate clients on proper nail care, maintenance, and recommended products between appointments
- Participate in daily and weekly salon operations, organization, and sanitation standards

Technical Skills & Experience (Required)
- Proven experience performing European Russian-style manicures
- Confident, safe, and controlled use of an electric file (e-file)
- Strong understanding of cuticle anatomy and non-damaging prep techniques
- Experience with structured gel systems and overlays
- Ability to produce consistent, clean, and long-lasting results
- Minimum 3 year of hands-on manicure experience (professional or advanced independent practice)

- Minimum 3 years of customer service or client-facing experience
- Formal esthetics or nail certification is an asset
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional in both appearance and communication

- Availability for a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays
