Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting various financial functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, and account reconciliation. Duties
- Manage and maintain financial records using the Sage accounting software.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist with payroll processing and related reporting requirements.
- Conduct account reconciliation to verify ledger accuracy
- Support budgeting activities by preparing reports and analyzing financial data.
- Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company procedures.
- Be supportive to our team and answer incoming calls when you are available.
- Other tasks to be discussed during the interviews.
Requirements
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
- Ability to perform account analysis and support budgeting activities.
- Excellent attention to detail (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
- Account Collections.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance roles preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position is integral to maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour
