We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations of our facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring efficient departmental operations while supervising and supporting a team of housekeeping staff. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met.
- Develop, implement, and maintain housekeeping procedures and protocols.
- Train, supervise, and support housekeeping staff, including assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with other departments to support efficient operations and enhance the guest experience.
- Address housekeeping concerns promptly and assist in resolving operational issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays is required, as this is a weekend-based business.
