Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety, with experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment. As a key member of our kitchen staff, the Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting the overall kitchen operations. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, or pastry stations, ensuring efficient workflow.

- Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to uphold high standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Support training of junior kitchen staff when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper handling techniques.
- Experience in meal preparation across various cuisines is preferred.
- Excellent serving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in professional kitchens.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure consistency in dish quality.
