Van Arbor Homes is looking for a Client Relationship Manager & Construction Administrator!
Van Arbor Homes is a medium size, family owned, and operated, custom homebuilder in Lethbridge/Southern Alberta.
Our Client Relationship Manager & Administrator works closely management to ensure a positive customer experience for clients while guiding them thru the process of designing custom homes, assisting with selections & upgrades, and managing change orders and project budgets.
The right candidate will be:
- Friendly & Personable
- Organized, able to keep track of multiple projects and clients at various stages of projects
- Comfortable with IT/various apps. Excel, Word, Adobe, Buildertrend, Outlook
- Familiar with construction, building practices, able to read/understand
- Flexible to assist with other departments or management priorities as required
- An eye for design!
Pay negotiable based on experience.
Position is for full time hours. Flexibility of hours is an asset.

Position could begin sooner, depending on candidate, but will start no later than July 15, 2026.
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
