Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information and assistance
- Coordinate reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
- Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and surrounding areas
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences and handle special requests
Skills
- Strong guest services and customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Basic food service knowledge and hospitality understanding
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory
