We are looking for an experienced and diligent sales executive to join our team. Due to an upcoming promotion for one of our long-standing employee, we are seeking a motivated individual to take over this essential role and continue our tradition of excellence.

Duties:
- Prospect and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to understand their advertising needs and provide effective solutions.
- Present and pitch advertising opportunities to clients, including print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Negotiate advertising rates and contracts with clients to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze advertising campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients and making recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and build relationships.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure contracts.
- Familiarity with different advertising platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
- Work experience with Mac's including Word & Excel a must. An asset if you have utilized a CRM system
- Organized, Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
