Duties
- Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to client preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and personalized service
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by providing friendly and professional customer service
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming techniques
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining client trust

Pay: $15.00-$41.56 per hour
