Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to restaurant standards, maintaining quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems, including Toast POS, for order processing and cashiering functions
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety regulations
- Assist with food handling, serving, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in food handling, serving, cashiering, or the food industry is desirable
- Kitchen experience is mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
