Cloud9 Cleaning is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a local company that values quality, trust, and reliability.
COMPENSATION & GROWTH
✔ $22.00/hour during paid training (first 30 days)
✔ $23.50/hour after the initial training period
✔ $25.00/hour after 90 days for team members who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and strong performance
✔ Performance bonuses available
✔ Opportunities for additional hours and advancement as Cloud9 continues to grow
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be cleaning residential homes, move-in/move-out properties, and Airbnb rentals throughout the North Okanagan.
Every home is different, so we're looking for someone who can work independently, manage their time effectively, follow systems, and consistently deliver high-quality results.

✔ Physically capable of performing cleaning duties

REQUIREMENTS
✔ Valid driver's license
✔ Reliable vehicle
✔ Ability to travel throughout Vernon, Armstrong, Coldstream, Lake Country, and surrounding areas
✔ Proof of driver's license required during the hiring process

- Rushes through tasks
- Frequently misses details
- Is unreliable or often late
- Doesn't enjoy cleaning

EXPERIENCE
Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and exceptional attention to detail.
