Reporting to the Coordinator, or designate, and working primarily with Hand Therapy patients/clients, the Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) Physiotherapist assesses, treats, educates and manages patients/clients receiving physical therapy services and utilizes comprehensive knowledge and specialized skills to promote the prevention of dysfunction, restoration of function and/or reversal of pathology relating to the upper quarter, body function and activity.
Travel may be a requirement of this position. Transportation arrangements must meet the operational requirements of the Vancouver Island Health Authority in accordance with the service assignment and may require the use of a personal vehicle.
