Our busy and ever-growing service department, is looking to add a service advisor. Our ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of service advisor experience, with demonstrable abilities in guest service, technical understanding and service selling skills. This person would thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where handling multiple guests and tasks is a normal part of every day.

REPORTS TO: Service Manager or Fixed Operations Manager
HOURS OF WORK: Monday – Friday & Every Other Saturday
REMUNERATION: $40,000 - $60,000+(Salary + Commissions; Health and Dental Benefits; Life and Disability Insurance)
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor required. Community College in a related discipline preferred. Experience in building value Strong communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport with guests. Good organizational and computer literacy skills.
Additional language profiles considered a strong asset.
BASIC JOB SUMMARY:
The Service Advisor is the Dealership’s front-line customer relations and service sales representative. The job encompasses handling customer service requests and concerns, meeting predetermined service sales objectives and the accurate performance of designated administrative duties.
Remuneration: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00+(Salaries, Commissions & Bonuses)
