Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, waxing, and makeup application tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and routines to enhance their experience.
- Engage with clients to understand their skincare goals and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that align with client needs and preferences.
- Uphold high standards of guest services by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any client concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized workspace and support overall salon operations.
Qualifications
- Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Experience in sales, particularly in retail or beauty environments, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of guest services and hospitality principles to create an inviting atmosphere for clients.
- Familiarity with nail care techniques is a plus.
- Ability to sanitize tools and workspaces efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Previous experience in providing product demos or consultations is beneficial.
- A passion for skincare, beauty trends, and a commitment to continuous learning in the field.
