Accessand Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Previous GMP facility experience
- Ensure efficient picking, packing and shipping of products to meet warehouse guidelines and standards for accurate and timely outbound shipments.
- Demonstrate accurate receiving processes to ensure efficient and error-free acceptance of incoming inventory.
- Some heavy lifting duties as needed, demonstrating physical capability, and contributing to a dynamic and responsive warehouse environment.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and maintain clear communication with the head office for effective collaboration.
- Oversee inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Demonstrate accurate customer return processing, including product inspection, documentation, QA coordination, and inventory adjustments.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of products.
- Monitor and address any issues related to product quality or handling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, efficient operational strategies to optimize warehouse processes.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and work within the warehouse team to ensure a high level of performance.
- Adhere to Health Canada regulations & collaborate with the QA team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in warehouse management and operations
- Strong leadership, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
