- Coordinate customer projects with our customer service, graphic design, e-Store, supplier, and production teams
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Stay current on new products, decorating options, supplier offerings, and industry trends
- Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future opportunities
What You Bring:
- A natural ability to connect with people and build trusted relationships
- Strong communication, listening, and customer-service skills
- A motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Strong organization and follow-through
- The ability to manage multiple customer needs, projects, and deadlines
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new computer systems
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation for customer meetings
- Previous B2B sales, account management, promotional-product, apparel, printing, branding, marketing, or graphic-design experience would be an asset - but it is not required
