The Role
The Site Hand / Labourer plays a key role in keeping our training site clean, safe, and fully operational. This is a hands-on position supporting equipment, maintenance, and day-to-day site needs.

What you'll do:
You'll use your experience for a variety of tasks that keep the site running smoothly, including:
- Fueling equipment and company vehicles
- Pressure washing and maintaining equipment cleanliness
- Recording and inputting machine hours weekly
- Picking up parts and supplies as required
- Maintaining inventory and reporting shortages
- Stocking grease stations and washroom facilities
- Supporting general site maintenance and handyman tasks
- Reporting equipment issues or site concerns
- Ensuring the site is clean, safe, and ready for staff and students
- Opening and closing the site as required
What you bring
We're looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and proactive:
- Valid class 5 driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong initiative and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical work outdoors
- Mechanically inclined with basic equipment operation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
- Carpentry, electrical, or general trade experience
- Previous experience in construction, equipment yards, or industrial environments
Working Environment
