What You'll Do
Activities vary based on each client's interests and may include:
- Neighbourhood walks and outdoor strolls
- Visits to parks, cafés, community events, and local attractions
- Light exercise, stretching, yoga, and wellness activities
- Gardening and outdoor hobbies
- Tennis, pickleball, badminton, and other racket sports
- Recreational sports and athletic activities
- Swimming and water-based activities
- Cycling and bike rides
- Exploring trails and outdoor spaces
- Sharing conversation and spending quality time together
Companions are chosen by clients based on shared interests, personality, availability, and activity preferences.

Requirements
To join Kiindmate, applicants must:
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Successfully complete the Kiindmate onboarding process
