The position
As a Plumbing Technician (Drainage), you will attend to scheduled preventative maintenance, respond to dispatched service calls, and solve problems with other technicians. You’re an experienced (3+ years) drainage plumbing technician in service & maintenance for equipment in managed commercial and multi-family buildings and you’re looking to expand your technical knowledge. Your Qualifications, Experience, and Abilities
- A team player with an amazingly positive attitude and character
- Clean and tidy appearance
- Good written and communication skills
- 3+ years drainage plumbing experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean driving record;
- Willing to provide references upon request
- Documentation confirming your eligibility to work in Canada
- Hardworking/Reliable with the ability to think on your feet, multitask, and problem solve
- Ability to work independently, proactively in a busy fast paced environment
- Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and install of toilets, kitchen sinks (including undermount) and drainage, faucets, shower cartridges, dishwashers, basic 40 gal HWTs gas and electric, commercial flush valves
- Ability to source and clamp water leaks
