Keltic Kubota is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Inventory Controller to join our growing team. This is a key operational role responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating equipment logistics, and ensuring our yard, showroom, and dealership systems operate efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales, Service, Parts, and Yard teams to ensure equipment is properly received, tracked, organized, and ready for customer delivery.

Scope:
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all new and used Kubota equipment within our dealership management system.
- Perform regular inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Receive incoming equipment and process all inventory movements, transfers, returns, and customer deliveries.
- Create purchase orders and maintain inventory documentation and reports.
- Coordinate equipment logistics, inter-branch transfers, and customer pickups.
- Work closely with the Sales, Service, Parts, and Yard teams to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, aging reports, and identify opportunities to improve inventory processes.
- Submit and manage dealer support tickets related to inventory, shipping, and system issues.
- Assist in organizing the equipment yard and showroom to maintain a clean, professional appearance.
- Operate a forklift and provide occasional support with loading, unloading, and yard operations as required.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in inventory control, purchasing, logistics, warehouse operations, or dealership administration is preferred.
- Experience with CDK, IntelliDealer, or other dealership management software is considered a strong asset.
- Forklift certification or previous forklift experience is preferred.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move equipment or materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding internal and external customer service.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
