Founding Commercial Operations Lead
Grill Hero London
Salary: $60,000–$85,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: London, ON and surrounding Southwestern Ontario markets
Job Location Type: On the Road
This Is Not a Typical Management Job
We're looking for a builder.
Grill Hero London is launching a commercial equipment reset and asset protection division focused on restaurants, food-service operators, commissaries, and commercial cooking environments.
We're seeking a Founding Commercial Operations Lead to help build this division alongside ownership.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining operations, field execution, team development, customer interaction, and commercial growth.
If you're looking for a highly structured corporate environment where everything is already built, this role likely isn't for you.
If you thrive on accountability, solving problems, leading from the front, and helping build something meaningful from the ground up, we'd like to hear from you.
About Grill Hero
Grill Hero is one of Canada's leading grill cleaning and outdoor cooking service brands.
Our London operation is expanding into commercial equipment reset and asset protection services throughout Southwestern Ontario.
We don't replace daily cleaning or hood service.
We reset the cooking equipment layer in between — where grease compounds, labour escalates, and asset performance starts to drift.
