Excellence Fences and Decks is currently seeking a Fence Crew Lead.
-Able to Lead a small crew of 2-3 persons.
-being familiar with building codes related to deck building.
-ability to read and understand drawings.
-effectively and efficiently complete projects on time.
-maintain company tools and equipment.
-knowledge of building materials and installation
methods.
-familiarity with all tools associated with installation.
-familiarity with all types of Fencing & decking material.
-attention to detail.
-familiarity in building decks (footings, framing, decking,
railings and stairs).
-familiarity in building fences (post setting, framing,
boarding, and gates).
-understand and follow health and safety guidelines.
-willing to teach others a valuable skill set.

-willing to teach others a valuable skill set.
-great customer service when working with clients

Installer to operate equipment and install post holes for decks and fences.
