Pay Range: Competitive salary (based on experience)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Source, attract, and recruit top talent using various methods and tools
- Conduct pre-screens, interviews, and candidate assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from intake to placement and onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientations, check-ins, and ongoing support
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all requirements
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand hiring needs and provide updates
- Participate in client site visits and tours to better support recruitment efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, to support hiring initiatives
- Handle employee relations, including assignment follow-ups and issue resolution
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO QUALIFY:
- Post-secondary education required
- Proven experience as a recruiter (light industrial experience is a strong asset)
- Have experience in Permanent Placement recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal English)
- Customer service experience (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet navigation)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle for client visits and check-ins
