What You’ll Do
As a Home Comfort Specialist (HCS), you will:
- Attend pre-booked appointments (some evenings/weekends as needed to support customer schedules)
- Self-generate additional leads through referrals, networking, and customer relationship building
- Conduct in-home assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored comfort solutions
- Clearly explain product options, pricing, rebates, and financing programs
- Build trust by recommending the right solution—not the most expensive one
- Follow up with prospects, close deals, and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Represent Gandy Installations with professionalism and integrity at every visit

Ideal Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience (HVAC sales preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products, promotions, and processes
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a criminal record check

Wages and commission structures are discussed during the interview, as earnings vary significantly based on experience and performance.
