HuneyBae Auto Group is hiring an Internet Sales Manager / Lead Closer.
We are looking for a driven, organized, and experienced automotive professional who knows how to handle online leads, work the phones, follow up consistently, book quality appointments, and turn internet traffic into real car deals.
Our dealership generates over 200 organic leads every month. We don't need someone to find customers. We need someone who can manage opportunities, build relationships, stay on top of follow ups, and consistently close deals.
This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for a confident closer who is comfortable communicating with customers through phone, text, email, website inquiries, Facebook Marketplace, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming leads quickly and professionally
- Call, text, and follow up with customers daily
- Book appointments and maximize show rates
- Work with finance customers, credit challenged clients, and trade-ins
- Re-engage older leads and missed opportunities
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection process
- Close deals and maintain accurate CRM records
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Finance Department to get deals approved and delivered
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience required
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle objections and close deals
- Comfortable managing a high volume of leads
- Excellent follow up and organizational skills
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Motivated by performance and commission-based earnings
- Experience with subprime and finance-focused customers is considered an asset

Pay: $40,596.27-$147,486.53 per year
