What You’ll Do
As a Trillium College Instructor, you’ll bring your professional expertise and enthusiasm into the classroom to guide students toward their career goals. You’ll:
- Deliver interactive, supportive, and empowering learning experiences that inspire confidence and competence.
- Manage the classroom environment with positivity and professionalism.
- Assess and mentor students, providing constructive feedback and encouragement throughout their learning journey.
What You Bring
- A Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with at least 2 years of professional experience
- Active registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- A Massage Therapy Diploma
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you love helping others learn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and sense of humour — you enjoy being part of a team that supports one another
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
