Job Title: Project Manager

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise projects, manage stakeholders, and drive successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and steering committee discussions.
- Support digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships as required.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Drive successful project execution while maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing projects within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience leading enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project resources.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
- PMP certification is considered an asset.
