Machine Operator - Brampton, ON
Pay: $21.00 per hour, temp-to-perm
Hours: Day shift - 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
Job Duties:
- Setup and operate a Stainless-Steel Grooving Machine.
- Select proper raw materials required for production.
- Complete production paperwork.
- Perform quality checks and record data.
- Roll-groove fittings to desired specifications.
- Package and label finished products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year experience operating a Roll Groove Machine, working with stainless steel materials.
- Previous experience using metalworking machinery is an asset.
- Solid knowledge of general machining practices.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, including hand grinders.
- Ability to use measuring tools such as pi tapes, verniers and calipers.
- Ability to read company drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of ISO processes.
- Desire to learn new skills.
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
