Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Brunch Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests during weekday and weekend brunch service. This role involves managing navigating the waitlist, greeting guests, and supporting servers.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
- Manage the waitlist using the Waitlist Me app
- Ensure timely seating of guests while maintaining a smooth flow of service
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate guest needs
- Handle guest inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station
Skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Prior experience in hosting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and oranization skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on hospitality excellence
Pay: From $15.35 per hour
