Fossil Contracting is excited to be expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC TECHNICIANS with a strong backgrounding in service and maintenance. This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required. The hourly rate is negotiable and highly competitive within the industry, reflecting your experience and skills.

What We're Looking For:
- A ticketed Refrigeration Mechanic with 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong ability to read and understand diagrams, and schematic drawings.
- Experience in installing, maintaining, and servicing make up air units, cooling towers, refrigeration coils, rooftop units, condensers, and motors.
- Expertise in installing, wiring, and calibrating system controls, and performing system start-ups.
- Proficiency in checking for leaks, diagnosing/troubleshooting issues, and performing preventative maintenance on refrigerants and equipment.
- Solid understanding of electronic, and pneumatics control systems.
