As we continue to strengthen and grow our organization, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead every aspect of the business, beginning in mid-September 2026.
The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to lead an established healthcare organization with a strong reputation and significant potential for continued success.
Reporting directly to the owners, the Chief Executive Officer will have full responsibility for the leadership, strategy, operations, financial performance, culture, and long-term success of The Face Institute.
The owner remains actively involved in treating patients and serving clients. They are seeking a trusted executive who will lead the business, make operational decisions, build an exceptional leadership team, and ensure the clinic operates at the highest possible standard.
The CEO will be empowered to improve systems, develop people, and drive organizational excellence while working collaboratively with the owners to execute the long-term vision of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership
- Lead the organization with integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Develop and execute the strategic vision of the company.
- Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to managers and department leaders.
- Build a high-performing organization focused on exceptional patient care and business results.
Operations
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Continuously improve systems, workflows, policies, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the organization consistently delivers an exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare and employment regulations.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service quality, and organizational performance.
Financial Leadership
- Assume full responsibility for the financial performance of the business.
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Analyze financial reports and make data-driven business decisions.
- Oversee vendor relationships and major purchasing decisions.
People & Culture
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
- Create a culture of accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and respect.
- Lead performance management, coaching, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Ensure every employee understands expectations and has opportunities for growth.
- Build a workplace where employees are engaged, supported, and motivated to perform at their best.
Marketing & Business Performance
- Partner with internal and external marketing resources to maximize patient acquisition and retention.
- Evaluate marketing performance and return on investment.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient experience and increase lifetime patient value.
- Strengthen the clinic's position as a leader in medical aesthetics.
Patient Experience
- Champion an exceptional luxury patient experience.
- Ensure every operational decision reflects the clinic's commitment to excellence.
- Continuously monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements where needed.
- Protect and enhance the reputation of The Face Institute.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
- Multiple years of progressive senior leadership or executive experience.
- Demonstrated success leading businesses with annual revenues of $5 million or more.
- Proven experience improving operational performance, profitability, and organizational culture.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and KPI management.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 20 or more employees.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and decision-making abilities.
- A track record of building high-performing teams and creating accountability throughout an organization.
- Strong strategic thinking balanced with hands-on operational execution.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive executive compensation package that includes:
- Competitive total compensation package of $150,000–$165,000 per year, inclusive of performance-based incentives.
