We are a growing wholesale and retail trading business in Vancouver, BC, looking for a versatile and detail-oriented E-commerce & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in Shopify store management, inventory control, digital marketing, and general administrative tasks. Occasional light labor tasks, such as moving inventory within the warehouse, may also be required.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce & Inventory Management
- Manage Shopify orders, including processing, tracking, and handling returns.
- Maintain inventory records, restock products, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability.
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and descriptions on Shopify.
- Assist in moving and organizing inventory within the warehouse when needed.
Administrative & Office Support
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document organization, and customer inquiries.
- Work with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools to manage reports and records.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciling orders and expenses.
Marketing & Social Media Management
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Use basic Photoshop skills to design promotional graphics, banners, and social media content.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), schedule posts, and engage with customers.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with Shopify (order fulfillment, inventory management, product updates).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic Photoshop skills to create marketing materials.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and social media management.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks (moving inventory within the warehouse).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or office administration.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.
- Experience in the vape industry or a related business is an asset.

Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on digital marketing experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Based in or able to commute to Richmond, BC
