Franchise Partner with Enercare: Water Heater Service Technician
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused team member to join our service team as a Water Heater Service Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing water heaters while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in solving problems, and is passionate about putting customers first.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential water heating systems
- Provide a high level of customer care by actively listening to concerns and delivering effective solutions
- Demonstrate leadership in customer interactions and ensure satisfaction on every visit
- Drive strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) results through excellent service delivery
- Identify and promote:
- Protection plans
- Water purification opportunities
- HVAC service and sales leads
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers and team members
Qualifications & Certifications
- G2 Gas Technician License (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in water heater service, plumbing, or HVAC (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable identifying and recommending additional products and services

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
