What You Will Do (Role Responsibilities):
Drive Sales Operations: Oversee day-to-day dealership sales operations, ensuring a high-energy, efficient, and structured environment.
Mentor & Develop Talent: Actively coach, train, and mentor dealership personnel to help them reach their full potential and hit their individual targets.
Exceed Performance Goals: Establish, monitor, and attain aggressive sales benchmarks, inventory turns, and performance standards.
Champion Customer Retention: Cultivate a culture of exceptional customer service to maximize retention, positive reviews, and long-term loyalty.
What You Bring (Your Experience):
Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Automotive Sales Management (Required).
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience coordinating, motivating, and managing high-volume sales teams.
Licensing: Valid OMVIC license and a clean driving record.
Mindset: A growth-oriented attitude focused on process improvement, team development, and customer satisfaction.
