Job Overview
The Bartender is a key member of the front-of-house team, responsible for crafting exceptional beverages and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You’ll mix drinks with precision, engage with guests at the bar, and support the overall flow of service. Your creativity, speed, and hospitality will help shape the energy and atmosphere of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly

Build rapport, answer questions, and make recommendations

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system

Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the drink menu, including seasonal cocktails, wine, and beer selections

Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked

Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service

Assist with opening and closing bar duties, including inventory and restocking

Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
-
Previous serving/ bartending experience preferred but not required

Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong multitasking and time management abilities

Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude

Familiarity with POS systems is a plus

Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol and hold a valid Smart Serve

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
